Meet GinnyAnn Henry

GinnyAnn graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in University Studies – Dance Science Area of Concentration as well as minors in both Business and Human Resource Development. GinnyAnn began her dance training in her hometown of Orange, TX at Rose Thayer Academy of Dance. She later trained ballet and modern dance technique at Texas A&M University under Christine Bergeron, Carisa Armstrong, Diane Bedford, Kathleen Hanik, Leann Criswell, Shelley Strong, and Alexandra Pooley-Detwiler. GinnyAnn performed in many of the Texas A&M dance program shows and also collaboratively presented a show of her own. GinnyAnn danced with Brazos Dance Collective, a modern dance company directed by Christine Bergeron and Carisa Armstrong. GinnyAnn has continued her dance and business education each year through various workshops, seminars, training and certifications. Miss GinnyAnn is an American Ballet Theatre® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. GinnyAnn is also an Acrobatic Arts certified teacher in Primary through Level 6 of the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus as well as a Progressing Ballet Technique certified teacher in the junior, senior and advanced programs. She began her teaching career in 2015 at Suzanne’s School of Dance, sharing her passion with kids of all ages. Aside from dancing and teaching, GinnyAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and dog, Moose! GinnyAnn and her husband are excited to welcome the newest, tiniest member of the tribe in November 2021!
